DESCRIPTION:Slow Dog is a fun new project by me and my bb Swim Ignorant Fire. When we were on tour supporting his album with the No Below Editions\ncrew last year\, we kept talking about a stripped-down\, raw style reflecting the minimal\, drone\, ambient\, and country music we’d been absorbing on the road. Then\, we were waiting to play in Madison\, WI and witnessed the slowest dog we’d ever seen. And the rest is history. \nWe’ll be in Chicago at Tritriangle on Friday\, April 27 for an album release party with many friends. Hope to see you there! 🐶 \n~~~~~~~ \nLong ago\, a dog was so slow that the world had no choice but to stop and wait. That dog is still walking\, unafraid of the path ahead. When he howls\, charred drones and snarling textures growl back. \nSlow Dog is Stephen Holliger (synthesizers) and Edward Breitweiser (synthesizers and electronics).
